This is where you'll come to register your characters. You must use the form created for the site. Remember to check back here before starting to role-play just to make sure that your character was accepted and there isn't anything we'd like you to fix on the form.

| up town (3 sub-boards)
This is the upper part of Atticas where some of the nicer shops and restaurants are listed. It's much nicer and somewhat safer than down town is. The local park is dead center of up town and is actually pretty nice to hang out in.

| atticas police plaza
This is the police station. It's not very nice to look at, from the inside or out, but it works. There are two holding cells and they usually have at least one person inside their bars. The cops work hard but so do the criminals both trying to cover their asses and do their jobs.

| atticas general
This is the local hospital. If you get hurt, shot, or think you're going crazy this would be the place to come. It's a relatively large place and well kept even if it is starting to look a bit run down. The doctors and nurses are fairly good even if the hospital is a bit short staffed lately.

| west creek mall (4 sub-boards)
This is the local mall. They've got quite a few shops and it's a fun place to hang out or shop. You can see all types of people hanging out here and despite the mall security hanging around it's still not a safe place so watch your back if you know you've pissed someone off.

| down town (4 sub-boards)
This is the lower part of Atticas. It's not as nice as up town but it has it's attractions. Boarded up buildings, the club, the cheap shops and restaurants. It's not nice to look at and it's not exactly safe but if you've got it in with the dangerous people you'll be just fine.

This is the area where street racers come and show off their cars and attempt to be the best. People here have no shame in betting money, or their lives, on the cars and drivers and the drivers have no problem with doing anything to win and doing anything to be the champion.

| gang hideouts (2 sub-boards)
Only gang members know about these areas and they're a well kept secret. These abandoned buildings make great 'home bases' for the gangs. Each gang has marked their building as there's and approaching them without permission would probably be a bad idea for your health.

| Housing |
| legacy
This is the classier part of town. The houses are a bit bigger, a bit nicer, and they sure cost a bit more. It doesn't matter how your make your money, if you can afford a house here you clearly demand respect and deserve it!

This part of the housing isn't so costly but the houses are still fairly nice. They aren't quite like the homes in the legacy area but people would be happy enough to live in one of these. It's considered a "middle class" area.

These are the apartment buildings around town. They aren't nice and they aren't well kept but to some people, they're home. A lot of kids who grow up around here end up getting into the gang just to try and escape their home.

This is the ONLY place advertising is allowed. We have a few rules we ask you abide by when posting but we do not have a form you must post and we do not ask that you post our affiliate on your site just to advertise over here. We have affiliating thread open that you must post on to get your banner up on the site though.

This is where members can hang out, post random topics, give feedback on the site to the staff, and generally just do whatever the heck they want to do. Guests cannot view this board so if you want to join in on the randomness join the site!

Oh yes, the staff members get their own special little area and guess what, only staff can view it and post on it. Trust us, if we want you to know what we're planning, thinking, or saying we'll post it so everyone can view it!

Atticas used to be a nice place to live. Everyone got along, everyone had fun together then the gangs moved in and the killing started. Both gangs fighting for power and to be the best and the baddest, each gang built in a different way and with different leaders but both operating with brute force. The police tried to stop it, for a while, but soon decided it was much too dangerous and retreated into the shadows as the gangs duked it out. It's been three years and neither gang has made any progress in winning the war.
